Cadence Park - Great Park

crescendo floor plans of 4k+ sq ft still have only 2 car garage, could?ve squeezed out just a little more for 3 tandem

True - but there's a pretty sizable "storage" area (10x12+) in the plans.  That's probably what most people want anyway - most don't park a 3rd car in there.

I realize it is probably on this site somewhere, but what is the breakdown of SFR's vs. Townhomes in Cadence park. Is the land on one of the "cleaner" parts of the base or are there concerns?

first page of this thread.  looks like 20-25% SFR.  Rest are condo.  1000 units total.  Dense.

\Thanks...so smallest home in this neighborhood is 2200 square feet and everything is detached (either SFR or detached condo).

I think there are some paired homes.

How does the # of Units/ density compare to BP and PP?

Note: the OC Register screenshot was from 2016. Recent sources mention Cadence Park is 103 acres. Past sources had Cadence Park at about  200 acres.

According to Tri Pointe, they will possibly release Lyric at Cadence Park this June or July. At Parasol Park, Tri Pointe?s Sterling will be selling their models very soon (likely next month). Tri Pointe?s Carlisle is scheduled to sell their models this weekend and their office is taking names for their interest list at Cadence Park.

I also found out that the other Cadence Park builders (near Pusan St.)  like Pulte, Cal Atlantic and Richmond American have not started their construction framing. K Hov and Lennar appear to be ahead of the other builders in their construction at Cadence Park.

This week, a Five Point rep told me they are possibly opening some Cadence Park models on March 24, 2018.

Yesterday, Great Park Neighborhoods sent an email blast which announced the Cadence Park opening for March 24!

The GPN development map was from another site and was a low resolution version.

How does a > 4000sft home only have 4 bedrooms?

I'm going to tour these models and those bedrooms better be larger than my master.

And seriously... every master should have dual closets in this size range.
