Baker Ranch in Lake Forest / Foothill Ranch

Got to drive in for a bit, it looks decent but you can tell the difference b/w here and Irvine.  Also being in between industrial isn't the best but hopefully these detached condos/SFRs are priced at least 100k less than Irvine.

What stage are they in? Pics?

LiveatOC, are you affiliated with this development? I can't help but notice the first two words of your name match the billboards on Alton.

No?

Is it live as in LA Live?

or live, like live-in nanny?

Hahaha!! Mr. SoCal and I were just talking about this. He felt stupid when he kept reading the signs as "Live (rhymes with 'hive") at Baker Ranch" - and he would say, "What is live (hive) at Baker Ranch??" I was reading it the same way! Then we  finally realized it's live (like 'give'). Even though I know now, my brain still says "live" / hive. We mention it every time we drive by! They could have picked a better choice of words.

LiveAtOC, how'd you get in there?  (If you don't mind me asking)

Did you see any framing for The Heights or The Highlands?

Traffic's wonky on Alton. Hauling in hordes of palm trees. Narrowed down to one lane. Looks like they sure have done a lot with those hillsides in the last week.

I see construction 70% model home complete by Toll Brothers  communities (Heights, Highlands and Parkview).
I see street roads in progress towards Toll Brothers site built areas.

Shea communities are 40% model home complete (The Knolls and Ridgewood).
I see grading the street roads in progress towards Shea site built areas.

Pros:
Excellent views,
Near to shopping center

Cons:
Expensive builders (compared to Lennar, KB Homes?.)
Adjacent to Industrial Area (non-residential area)
Away from I 5 HWY

Sweet! So the model homes should be ready for viewing the end of this year no?

I've been wondering why they even call it "Baker Ranch" since there is ALREADY a "Baker Ranch" in Lake Forest at the south-east corner of Lake Forest Dr. & Rancho Pkwy. They are too close together to have the same name but far away enough that it's not part of the same contiguous area. Dumb.

A link for the lazy. I've zoomed in for you to read it:

No security to stop you?

C'mon man - you know that an open gate means: "Please drive your car through and take a look".

Plus all they are going to do is kick me out.  They are not going to bother calling the cops.

Hey TD where did you enter from?  I'm going to give it a try.
