Just a thought - how hard is it to submit the plan? (unless you can't find it)

keep in mind that within the 1% there is a very wide range, we are low man on the totem pole 1%'ers. ill try to negotiate the fine down once i submit the plans.

They sure can....at least the HOA on my HB townhouse did when I refused to pay a $50 penalty for not submitting a request to upgrade my windows and sliding glassdoor.

probably. i just saw they hit me with the $800 fine, before they were doing it every two months, now they did it just one month apart. bastards. there is a law about fines having to be reasonable, i dont that is reasonable. with that said i called the lady at the mgmt company and she is on vacation till monday.

PS - just printed out the pavers (in color).
