Just par for the course.  Why would a university threaten their overseas student income by busting up the cheaters?

It's likely some event where they have casino like games for fun, but not actual gambling.

For card game tables, I think casino etiquette discourages both hands on the table (or holding cards with both hands).

She received a lot of hate from anti-fans claiming that without makeup, she'd look just like an average Thai girl.  Well, if your standard of beauty imposes the make-up image for kpop stars, then don't complain about them using makeup.  As my friend's mother from Germany once said, if you married a brunette but want to sleep with a blonde, ask your wife to wear a blonde wig in bed.

But my statement was a general statement. The odds are against the person gambling. Maybe they should like have like a sign warning the odds are against you. (I know they won?t gave the sign)

I never heard that suggestion regarding asking a girl to wear a wig.
