We went by there. It was packed, maybe over a thousand people. For some reason every floor plan looked and felt the same, maybe because there were so many people in every model. The Wahoos fish tacos were worth it though and so was the magic show for my kids  :D

There is no way I would be classified a second class citizen!  100k more is peanuts compared to the prestige that comes with living in Irvine. I can tell all my Indian relatives that I Have "arrived". 

My story lost all its oomph when I lagged on telling it... Yes, I ended up buying that foreclosure and life's great now.  :).    I am going to have to go rent another house and pray to the foreclosure gods that it forecloses too.. This way I can tell another tale.. :D

Just drove by a short sale in my neighbourhood. Atleast 40 people in line to go inside the house. Even more outside in cars waiting. It's insane...boy am I glad I bought last year... Serenity now..Insanity later!

We went by yesterday and I was shocked at how small these homes felt. These didn't feel like million dollar homes. Despite the lack of melo roos, I still think Mendicino is a better deal.  Heck, even the Kb homes at Garden Hill are more attractive.  I don't know what's  so great about...

Hahaha, sorry guys. Was traveling for work for a while and then got tied up as usual in life stuff. By then it was 30 days out and I felt it was too old a story to even bother. Let me know if you guys want me to finish this. Sheesh, I feel like I let all of you down!
