Laguna Altura, Irvine Co.?s success stories

I heard that a large proportion of buyers were in fact local. The 'million-dollar' question is when is this frenzy going to slow down or stop.  I don't think the bubble is going to burst anytime soon because the loaded foreign buyers we see here and now are just scouts. Enterprising brokers are setting up shops in Asia countries to guide exodus of the rich our way. In comparison to the fast growing Asian countries, we offer a safe heaven, cheaper real estate, and more importantly, a perpetual ownership of the property and the land. I wouldn't be surprised to wake up one day and find the value of our homes tied to the fate of Asian stock market.

I have doubts about that. Locals would know how exorbitant a $300 HOA is. FCBs seem not to care so much about MRs and HOAs.

The people buying the overpriced motor court condos might balk at the HOA, but if you're buying Cortona or Toscana, the HOA and MR isn't that big a deal.

I think it's just a buyer that needs external validation, but you might be right.

Nope. Shill. It's too obvious. I wish these people would just admit they're employees. There was one who had a few homes left in Woodbury to sell, I forget the exact enclave. She was nice and just gave information about what she had left.  But salesmanship on here is just wasted because in many cases we know more than they do.
