    Please share how the jumbo rates trending if you have recently started refi process or helping potential lenders. I am working with a Mortgage broker and just signed disclosures for 3.25% but they say 3.125% may be possible if rates improve in next couple weeks. This is for 30 yr fixed.

    I installed about 16 lights for $1800, just need to touch up the paint. If you are still having the builder provided paint touch up kit that is sufficient. If I had gone with builder it would have been ~4k and will add up to taxable value.

    The way i am reading is the fee is for loans delivered to Fannie. "applies to loans delivered to Fannie/Freddie in September and thereafter" not sure if this applies to jumbo or portfolio loans. Any thoughts?
