Don't forget that the builder gives you a credit for upgrading your flooring. We ended up going through the builder because, in the end, it was the same price as an outside contractor.

There will be some tough competition with Cypress Village Apartment town homes being so close with better amenities and closer proximity to the sports complex and JOST. Probably not a wise choice for a rental.
Shutters are great for areas where you want more privacy for the reasons you state. I guess I'm speaking of areas like a great room where you (most of the time) are wearing clothes.
I personally think drapes look allot better than shutters. Mostly because drapes can be drawn open to allow the maximum amount of light to fill a room, while shutters filter out allot of light while open.
No need to explain. All you need to know is that it is working. Irvine is well known for having a great public school system and yet, look how many low income housing exists within the city.
Seems to me that allot of people in Stonegate are using Aloha Landscapers. I tried looking them up and couldn't find anything. Has anyone on this forum used these guys for their landscaping needs? I would love to get someones opinion before I call them up.
