Lot 75 is Plan 1, T-junction, and 4409 sq ft lot. Lot 74 is Plan 3 and 4984 sq ft lot. There's a $200k difference between Plan 1 and Plan 3. But the main reason for 75 to be sold at a much lower price is due to the T-junction.
