That house is at T-bone location which is a no no for a lot of Asian buyers. IP contractor told me that IP has paused all Fresco constructions including developments in OH4 and Portola. I am not sure how credible it is but in Eastwood, there has been no construction action for few weeks already.

There was an open house on my walk today so i stopped by around 3 PM to check it out. It was packed with 4-5 buyers. This house was bought $100k cheaper compared to current LP on March of last year. Listing agent said offers are coming in even though the house was just opened this weekend. Crazy...
