How about an auction? There is one on Main street in Santa Ana every Wednesday night.

Some woman lied about her age to her doctor and had twins in her 60s. She set the Guiness World record. She recently died at 66 and the boys are 3 years old.

I watched it go up daily too. They had a lot of water issues with the pond leaking into the foundation. They had to do a lot of dewatering. They hit the sewer line once or twice as well.

I think martial arts would teach more discipline than Kung Fu. My daughter is still rambunctious even with weekly piano leassons. I took many years of karate and am well behaved. :)

Take martial arts at a community center or church where they don't charge a grip for belts. My black belt was obtained through college courses. I had to come back to finish my black belt. I never paid a dime outside my normal tuition. For my Karate class we had white, yellow, green, brown 1...

I used to go to a lot of landfills. You get desensitized after a while. Maybe WB residents can't smell it anymore. :)

I think the small units are 1100 sq ft. One bed and a loft. They were offering these at $700,000 starting. Ha Ha.

I walk by those towers everyday. There are a few contractors left finishing up some landscaping, etc... The area is surrounded by commercial businesses during the day. It is dead at night.
