Stonegate is way better.  Top school, Jeffrey Space Trail, closer to shops, lots of pools/parks, and value. Beacon park is overpriced for toxic land,cemetery, and only one park/pool.

The missing option is that there is overdevelopment which will drive down home prices.

Yes, I read the thread and made my decision to go with Jo because of the quality of the work that I saw him doing in my community in Stonegate. I also talked to my neighbors and they gave me a thumbs up. My experience with Jo was smooth and easy. Completed in 2 weeks.

Woodbury parents are clamoring to enroll their kids into Stonegate. That says it all.
