I disagree that 101 Oakstone is worth more than this pickleball home, let alone over $5M. This pickleball home has a bigger lot, but much much more importantly, its distance from the house to the back wall is well over 15 ft while the 101 Oakstone one is just like any other Olivewood home, 5 ft to the back wall. That's a HUGE minus. And the view for 101 Oakstone is not as good as this one. And this home also includes landscaping. I could believe that the owner did spend $200k on it.If this pickleball home sells for asking then 101 Oakstone is a bargain, worth well over 5M in relative terms imo.
