amend the Constitution. I understand the original intent is to make sure blacks get their citizenship. it is outdated; make it such that one of the parents need to be a citizen also.
 
Some women and their family members, who are involved in the ongoing birth tourism investigation, have fled to China.  Their lawyer was notified of their sudden departures today by emails sent from China.

well, initially yes. Then their lawyers were able to persuade DAs and judgers to give back their passports on the condition that they report their whereabouts on a weekly basis.

Can't read simplified Chinese that well, but is this an ad for birth tourism?  I can pick out a few words, is that Chinese for midwife/doula?
 
Saw the same card yesterday too, my MIL said it was for airport drop off and pick up but i told her not to take the card. 

but from reading this sounds like a one stop shop for things: Casino tours, LA, San Fran, San Diego tours, rentals, long term rentals, watch you car if your drunk?? , doctor referrals, hospital and ?? (care taker after birth)??
 
first one is uber for Chinese; day driver for hire and one of the service example is indeed OB visit

second one is for residential lease with recommendations to doctors and hospitals, and postpartum helpers. So it is definitely aiming for birth tourists.

 
Just seems weird to be handing out cards in front of Ranch 99, right ethnicity, wrong clients.  I would hand them out at SCP, maybe LV :)
