given Arcadia is $1.2M for 3000ish sq... I think these will probably start at $1.3M+ which I guess is still "low 1 millions"

The Sausalito site says mid-$1,000,000s.

Interesting that for these sized homes, none of the master baths have a bathtub. Now, I find bathtubs in master bedrooms almost completely worthless and would rather have a larger shower, but that's just me. It seems, though, that all 3 plans reflect my views with regards to this.

Other than that, Plans 1 and 3 I don't like the downstairs configuration, specifically don't like the kitchen/great room/dining layout with the great room off to the side of the kitchen and not directly across like Plan 2. That said, I don't like Plan 2 due to the fact that upstairs two bedrooms share a single bathroom.

Phase 1 Pricing

Plan 1:  $1,397,900
Plan 1X: $1,469,900
Plan 2:  $1,433,900
Plan 2X: $1,584,900
Plan 3:  $1,528,900

So much money for homes with 4500 sqft lots and 12 ft setbacks. I'm losing hope for good size lots at OH.

Attached are Sausalito Pricing Sheet, MR/HOA info, layout.  HOA - $120  CFD - $5,085 per year, subject to an increase by 2% /yr

Apparently they had big mirrors in the backyard to make them look bigger. So your landscaper will have to trim the bushes and clean the mirrors!

Soon we'll have houses with paintings of trees on the back.

Went and visited these today. Overall, the best houses in Stonegate so far (although, given the competition, that's not saying much). But overall I did like these. Plan 3's downstairs area with the Dining and Great Room and Gathering Room area was a bit much and seemed like a complete waste of space to me. I actually liked Plan 1 a lot, and the master shower without the tub was perfect! Although the tubs in masters are not standard, they can be an option (which I didn't realize in my earlier post).

My biggest criticism of Sausalito was the (small) size of some of the bathrooms. For example, plan 3, take a look at the toilet area for Bedroom 5 downstairs. Where is a good place to stand when you close the door? That's too tight for comfort.
