Piedmont at Eastwood

Piedmont latest price - Base plan1 1059000!! Lucky for those who purchase last year when prices where trending in very low millions. Price jumped 18K for base plan 1 in last 2 phases.

If YF indeed purchased @ piedmont, he will be happy to see the equity gain so far and much more to come until the last phase of piedmont. May be atleast 1.1 million for the last phase in this extension of piedmont.
 
The price for their latest phase release has plan 1 at 1074000....so 10K increase over last phase. Plan 1 without a neighbour behind is 1089000.

So looking back a year, base plan 1 has gone up by atleast 75k...they started at just under 1 mil.
 
Are IP going to build another 50 units of Piedmont at corner of Jeffrey and Alpine?

We are assuming those 50 units with Piedmont's floor plan are going to be build by IP as the second Piedmont extension.  However when I visit Piedmont 2-3 weeks ago, the sale office had no idea if there will be another Piedmont extension.  Since the current extension site is near sold out, they should have the info on the next extension by now. 

Also with different builders sharing the same floor plan nowadays (like Avila, Belvedere and Elderberry), now I'm not so sure if IP are going to build these.

strange, i was in Salesoffice today and the sales persons mentioned that we do hear that in talk irvine it is mentioned about extn 3 however we did not hear anything about extn 3. She also added they only  have 2 more phases and after which they will build one phase opposite to sales office and be done......
 
Piedmont officially getting third extension with next phase releasing soon. Wonder what prices will be like?
 
Piedmont's latest sold extension and phase pricing. Was told they are currently offering next phase to priority buyers. Its gotten up to $520/sqft 

Homesite 18 has a $15k premium for one less side neighbor and bigger yard it looks like. Previous premium lot increases were $7k if I remember correctly.

Also wonder what TI thinks about having parking spaces and an island in front of these homes vs other houses. Better because of more distance from next home?

Zoom in and find your property.  Click on your property and the lot size info will be on the left. 

Note: you will notice that the planning area for EW is labeled as Northwood Point :)
