Petaluma or Marin ?

$500/sqft *STARTING* price for a detached condo.  Extra for upgrades and landscaping...  Impressive
 
I notice that most Eastwood homes, including Marin and Petaluma, offer Lutron home automation and wireless thermostat. What exactly are the capabilities? Does this mean the home is pre-wired for home automation? If so, very cool.
 
Speaking to co-worker  in office last week , he got on the priority list for Petaluma just 2-3 months ago and was offered a plan 3 recently but he was not ready.

If it's true that petalumas are selling like hot cakes and the wait list is long as claimed by sales,  wondering if prices have topped out for non-cash buyers...or is it just hype created by TIC that list is long
 
What do you mean when you mentioned your friend is not be ready?

(Finances, has to sell their home, waiting for the wire transfer)
