yup I mean i'm waiting for it to open so I can use it as an alternative route sometimes. especially once parasol park is complete, that's going to probably be easier to use vs. ridge valley given there's less lights and roundabouts to deal with (1 vs 2)

wife has a client that bought on tinker, with the back of the house facing the street. they didnt care about the potential noise and rather have the privacy so that was the reasoning.

this lot is nice though and decent sized. kinda funny they bothered to stage the non landscaped side yard with that outdoor set though...
