Not bad but they're not putting their kids through college with this or anything.

Here are 3 Mulberry home for sale currently.  And at these asking prices, it is just as much as Strada in OH. 

So these CV homes with no hill premium, close to freeway and zone to Irvine High can still commands similar price as Strada?
