Looking for new communities in the $500-$600k range

I honestly think people should just flat out boycott those mella's. They are so freaking bad at five points, its ridiculous.  I don't get how they keep going up so much from community to community.

I think buyers do "boycott" GP due to high MR and that's why low MR neighborhood like EW is selling really well. 

And high MR of these GP neighborhoods will make all these other low MR TIC neighborhoods highly desirable in the future.
