Jasmine at Cypress Village

I actually moved in in September, not sure why I said December. We bought in July and it was a quick move in so there were already options built in and we could only decide on flooring and window coverings. Ended up doing those aftermarket so I didn't add any more options.

Was $767,612 ($732k base + $30,673 Designer Options) for a Plan 3 with these options:

Conservatory Room, Optional Laundry Room Sink, Additional Whole-house Insulation, Optional Pots & Pan Drawer, Privacy Door at Master Bathroom / Bedroom, Upgraded Interior Paint, Design Scheme B (Please see sales counselor for details) 2" Flex Tube Conduit for Future Flat Panel Pre-Wire in Master Bedroom, Flush Light Package (4) Flush Lights with (1) Dimmer Switch in All Bedrooms, Pre-Wire for (2) Pendant Lights Over Kitchen Island with (1) Dimmer Swltch.

Just pick up the latest price sheet for Jasmine, the plan 3 is at $794,300-$806,800.  That's a nice 10% gain. ;D

Jasmine phase 14B & 15A

Residence 1: $754,800-$764,800

Residence 2: $773,500-$776,000

Residence 3: $794,300-$806,800

Is that with no options?

No options,  the price are the base price.

When I visited the models, it was pretty packed and I have to park on the street since the parking lot was completely full.  Look like the interest for Jasmine is still very high.

The Jasmine is same as the San Mateo in Stonegate and the price certainly had gone up significantly since the San Mateo was first released.  San Mateo plan 1 was $561,000 in the first phase back in 2012.

Stopped by office today, looks like they are winding down, final phases should be sold by end of the year. Here's an updated price sheet.

I thought Jasmine was all sold out? I called TIC about 3 weeks ago and the lady said they were all sold out and pointed me to Petaluma. Hmm...

all plan 3s were sold out as of a couple months ago.  only a couple plan 1 and 2s were still available then.  everything might be sold out (or spoken for) by now.

Well, if only we could trade.  I'll give you my Jasmine home for your Petaluma  ;D. (and I only have 1 neighbor!)

Crazy to think all of these sold out so well. Petaluma here we come I guess!

That is the silver lining to a premium lot, should be easy to sell some day, but I miss the trails in Northwood.  If you like to run or take walks, you will enjoy living in EW.
