Great Park Neighborhoods

Toxic issues aside... if they price these well and the floorplans are decent, these could tempt me.

My kids might find that 3rd arm useful.

ill pay money to see IHO sign that contract for a home on the toxic land.

If not an arm, extra fingers could help your children reach an octave at an earlier age on the piano thrusting them even higher up on the Jr. ranks.

Any ideas how much mello roos will be for the Great Park Neighborhoods?  Considering how much work it will cost to clean up the toxic mess, I doubt it will be less than the mello roos at Portola Springs.

The first neighborhood, Pavilion Park, is in Improvement Area No. 1.

Those side yards are huge! About time someone puts the hurt on TIC.

Those look like this row of homes.  Notice how NO OTHER homes in the ENTIRE development have that much side yard setback.  Sneaky deceptive if you ask me.

Test...how can I get a copy of this full site plan?

Lennar's Rosemist community will have 3 bay garages...

http://www.lennar.com/New-Homes/California/Orange-County/Irvine/Great-Park-Neighborhoods/Rosemist-at-Pavilion-Park#t_h&s_1

Maybe something like this..

http://www.lennar.com/New-Homes/Arizona/Phoenix/Gilbert/Layton-Lakes/Vision/5564-Dawn-Next-Gen#t_h&s_1

Lennar stated the Irvine homes will be a rehash of similar floorplans they already built.... take a look at their "NextGen" homes with 3 bay garages in Nevada and Arizona...

That floor plan is great. Hope they build those.

"3-bay" may not be the same as "3CWG". I don't think the lots are wide enough in the Great Park, but you never know.

We'll see what happens... but I'm thinking these will be tandem or L.

+1

These would definitely be a hit with the Multi generational families in Irvine. Could they keep the prices the same as Arizona as well... $400K range for a 3500+sqft home!

Found another Lennar existing floorplan from Minnesota...exactly 3404 sq ft, 3 bay garage..

Even though the sq ft matches... I don't think it will be these since I can't see how they can put a second "granny" entrance...

Does that really say "Mud Room" when I exit my garage into the house?

If you've been to Minnesota in the winter, you'd know exactly why it's called a mud room.

At Casa de IR2, we need a sand room.
