Lantana and Trellis Court have the lowest MR so far in Irvine. The regular Cypress village(upto sand canyon) folks pay a bit more for MR compared to these 2 neighborhoods. Sales says they have some bonds which these don't and vice versa.

They don't do hourly. Its $25 a day with school pick up irrespective of what time you come pick your child.

Does anyone know of an hourly child care in Irvine in Cypress Village/Northwood/Woodbury and the vicinity.  Need pick up from school and child care till 3:30.  Just 1 hour a day. Home based or center based is ok.

Its definitely high for a 2 bed...you could get newer ones in cypress village for lesser

The builder offers a million upgrades most of which we might not do. But I want to specifically ask about how you got these for your house ? Builder / did it by yourself / don't have it. Whats a good way ? 1) Refrigerator , washer / dryer 2) home security 3) Cabinet color change...most offer...

what plan at eastwood are you looking at ? If you have been called and they have a home right away for you, maybe eastwood is a good choice....but if you are far away in the waiting list, the prices are going up and it might be cheaper to go with beacon park...
