This lag of I-5 is quite a hazard. With a major turn, complex transitions, exits and drivers occasionally overcorrect to change lanes when they saw "Toll Road" signs.

Comparing to the rich Chinese in Acadia, most Chinese in Irvine are upper middle class.

You guys really enjoy life. I just got  a couple of smoked turkey legs from Walmart and went for shopping right after brief dinner.

As a cv resident, i noticed more and more drivers who are not seem cv residents are using the Roosevelt between Jeffrey and Sand Canyon. The 4way stop of Roosevelt and Scented Violet gets really busy during rush hours. And when it gets dark, the stop signs are hard to notice for those drivers...

Irvine could really have a shuttle bus service to LAX. Could set a couple of stops in Irvine(e.g. Irvine station, Jeffrey/Walnut, diamond Jamboree...) and go directly onto 405 and all the way to LAX. I am really tired of picking up someone in LAX and asking friends to pick me up in LAX

Dont worry about too many Chinese coming in. Among all those Chinese buyers, more than half  of them will rent their home to other families, which will still guarantees some diversity of Irvine. The buyer themselves will simply stay in China and have a realtor agency manage their properties...
