Tiny lots for CDSs

Maybe I'm in a small minority...perhaps even just a party of one...but I really don't care at all about the trucks going to the landfill, and I travel back and forth on Sand Canyon and Jeffrey about 4 times a day.  I've never really seen any truck drop trash....I'd rather see waste management...

I like parts of old northwood...the problem with no HOA is that you'll sometimes get neighbors who don't maintain their homes properly. I prefer woodbridge, Deerfield, and UP of the older communities because the association requires everyone to maintain their homes. And hoa in these communities...

Way more than half of the Great Park neighborhoods will be zoned to IUSD....probably closer to 75% according to the maps earlier in this thread. Include PS/LR and CV...I could see Woodbury and SG staying in their current zoned districts. Isn't NHS supposed to undergo expansion as well?

Figured at 100'' that it had to be electric, and sure enough if you scroll down on the redfin listing, it specifies the type of fireplace and it is indeed electric.  about $2k for the insert, another 2k for the TV, maybe another grand to 1500 for someone to frame the cabinet, run all the cabling...
