Santa Maria Condo > How much would this fireplace setup cost to make?

I'm confused by this, Santa Maria doesn't have chimneys, and you can't tear holes in the exterior.  How do they have a fireplace?  Is it one of those amish type of fireplaces , lol?

Figured at 100'' that it had to be electric, and sure enough if you scroll down on the redfin listing, it specifies the type of fireplace and it is indeed electric.  about $2k for the insert, another 2k for the TV, maybe another grand to 1500 for someone to frame the cabinet, run all the cabling for the AV setup, make sure you have all the right electrical hookups to power everything.  More if you're running a complicated sound system that wasn't pre-wired...though in a space that small you could probably just get a good soundbar

Looks sweet but I wonder how much return you would get out of that fireplace.  I guess they got their return since they sold a $450k condo for $555k :)
