Illegal or not, this should be brought up to local authorities. Let them decide because this is part of a bigger problem. 

Why doesn't Irvine PD or ICE bust this doctor? Gather records and go after these rings? If you are aware of the situation you should at least report it to local law enforcement.

From what I have read, you want to be at least a 1/4 mile away from cell towers to be safe. At the end of the day, cell tower studies are conflicting. Until there are concrete evidence and studies, why would anyone want to put their family at risk of cancer? A lot of these buyers overlook...

I for one don't trust the EPA and city officials. So much corruption and over site by these agencies. The clean up may be a success or may be not. I would save more money and move to a non superfund site.  I wouldn't put my family at risk, especially if you have little ones in the home.
