Woodbury - Mille Fleurs

38 gentry closed yesterday at $1.12 million (second MF closing in two weeks, with 24 stowe closed on 3/1 at $1.41).



This leaves 30 and 32 Gentry who are still un escrow.

I saw Mr. Ferrari this past Sunday.. man - the engine is soo loud.. noise pollution

Speaking of noise pollution, one day I'm going to track down that person who drives a no-muffler harley (or perhaps another unrestricted hot rod) down Townsend every once in a while. The roar is unbearable for about a mile. For some reason, I cant recall whether I keep getting woken up at night or early morning.

32 Gentry will bring the numbers down even further.
 
25 Breezes is listed... $318 sq/ft - Seems like mille fleurs is quickly losing it's flowers - 'une fleur' at $275 sq/ft coming soon!

This one didn?t drop as much as I hoped it would.

Was cheerleading for a close under the $1M mark.

We?re getting closer though

It wasn't as low as I anticipated, since the listing was at $1.099.



64 Gentry went into backup today with the latest listing price $1.2 million. A lot of activities at MF since Jan 1st: 5 closed escrow, and with pending escrow.

32 Gentry was a little deeper roll-back than recent WB closings in terms of CS. Came in a 213 and everything else has been above 220...
