I am just checking this during lunch hour.  I envy you guys.  You guys have all these time to write blogs during workday? Lucky~ 

Both PP and SG communities are good.  That's why there are buyers buying up all these homes.  SG is almost fully developed with Saratago on their latest phase, which means many buyers still love the community and the houses there.
PP is selling well too with those larger lots.  Let's just leave it at that.

It's so far from SG though!  I would need to see if I have time after tending to my yard and cleaning my driveway.
 
Anyone know if they will be building more homes north of Settler's where Capella is located?  It seems nice right now with all the trees there.  Just like the area east of Strada, where they are planning to leave the trees.

But at least it looks like they will keep the trees where the "Neighborhood 1" area is.  Correct?
