When did you first join Irvine Housing Blog and still posting on Talk Irvine today?

I was just curious to see when I had first joined Irvine Housing Blog with my alias name of "Panda" and on the member registration list, it shows that my registration data was March 29th, 2008. At the time, I was 31 years old at the time with no kids, married for 3 years, and this was the time my wife had a miscarriage with our first child.

The founder of IHB was the only one to register in 2006 on Dec 29th and Irvine Renter registered shortly afterwards on Jan 02, 2007.

Some of the old timers (2007-2009) I still recognize posting on TalkIrvine today are:

Socal (met in person), Qwerty, Iacrenter, momopi, morekaos, USCTrojanCPA (we had Korean BBQ in Garden Grove and he helped me solve couple of tough questions the day before my California Broker Exam at a sports bar in Irvine), IrvineRealtor (met in person), and Irvinehomeowner (met in person). If i am missing any names, please let me know.

iirc, at one point you had more than one screen name and would reply to your own questions.

This is interesting that the vast majority of the votes are from the original ihb crew between 2007 and 2008. Curious to know who are the four posters who joined in 2007 and who is oldest member here not including zovall of course. If you are the oldest member here, please raise your hand.

If you joined in 2007, what month did you join? If you have forgotten, you can look yourself up on the member list.

I will be at 8 years as of this month.  8)

The oldest member here is different from the oldest member on IHB because Talk Irvine and IHB are/were two different sites. They have different member lists which are now combined in one memberlist search. There is TI's list, with usernames as shown, and IHB's with the username followed by "[underscore]IHB". Of course, not all TI members have an IHB username and vice versa. As far as who the oldest TI member is... that's obvious. The oldest IHB members, I'll let you find out.
 
The oldest member of Talk Irvine is obviously SoCal. So who are the 5 oldest members who are still here from IHB? Please raise your hand. I know that I was here way before IrvineHomeOwner when he had just listed and sold his 3 car garage SFR in Irvine. 
 
All this time on TI and I never used the Member List / Member Search function. I registered for IHB on March 8, 2008 but there are 672 members ahead of me  :)

You and I joined IHB around the same time.. remember the status rankings on the old IHB forum: 1. IAC renter, 2. Townhome, 3.SFR, and I think once you reached 3000 posts.. you would reach the "Custom Estates" status. I also remember you working for a mortgage company back in '08 right and you profiled your sale of your townhome right after IPO sold his 3 bedroom detached condo for $600k in West Irvine. I don't remember if your townhome was a Casalon tract townhome in Quail Hill. Gosh... I can't believe that 8 years of our lives just flew by like that.
