As I'm new here and my interests start and end with cars, I thought it would be a good way to get to know some of you.  I couldn't find any other posts that solely focuses on members' cars.  8)

I go first.  I drive an Audi S4  >:D and my wife drives a Mini Countryman S.  Both black on black.  ::)

Given the fact that Irvine is filled with very wealthy people, I'm expecting to see a good number of exotic cars here...  :)

Not sure if a lot of people want to reveal theirs cars on here and possibly having people figure out who they are.  I know I won't because I don't want Bones, Aquabliss, or Yaliu what I drive because they are all stalkers.

Do you have any issues with your S4?  My buddy had so many problems with his that he gave up on european cars.

ha!  I didn't know you house stalkers here...  :o

I haven't had any problems with the S4, and I've only had it for six months.  Time will tell.  Before this I had a Mercedes C350 Coupe and before that I had a C300 Sedan, and before that I had an E320 with over 300K miles.  No issues whatsoever.  If I'm fortunate to continue to drive German cars, I will do so for rest of my life.

I'm a car nuts and big fan of German car as well.  I drive BMW 3-series and wife drive a 5 series.  With wife, kids and slow down in reflexes as I age, I don't do track nor autocross anymore.  But once upon a time, I'm a pretty decent driver. :)

Welcome to the forum.  I'm also a bit of a car guy myself.  I have a plug-in prius and then I balance things out with a GT3 RS.  It's definitely a very unique car in Irvine so you'll know it's me when you see a purple one.  ;)  Former cars included a few M3s and a Supra.  You ever take any of your cars out to the track?

14 yrs in OC, 11 in Irvine.  Aside from Crystal Cove/Laguna Beach area, Irvine has the highest number of super cars and exotic cars.  Can't go a day without seeing a Lambo or few Ferraris, and now McLarens.

WOW! A GT3 RS? Great choice! 997? 997.2? 3.8 or 4.0?

I hope to run into you(not behind a red light of course) to see the beast.

My previous cars haven't really been track worthy, but the S4 will do. I've thought about tracking it, but first gotta do its first service which is due in couple days.

I got Ingolstadt and you got Stuttgart covered. All set for a track day with TI's stig aka Inc.

Regarding Stalking - yes, the minds of TI are quite resourceful in finding out who people are by tying together details that they've mentally collected through posts.

Therefore, I drive a green Bentley - come find me at South Coast Plaza or Diamond Jamboree  :P

USCTrojanCPA is the real Stig here.  He's faster with his Prius than I'm in my bimmer.

I've seen your Bentley @ DJ. Looks like a shiny green beetle on wheels. I like it.

It's a 997.2 GT3 RS 3.8 liter...can't afford the 4.0s as they have gone up to $350k-$400k.  It's basically a streetable track car but I love showing houses with it and most of my clients get a kick out of it.  You should come out to some of the PCA (Porsche Club of America) driver education track events.  For new drivers, they provide instructors.  It's a real blast.

I still drive with the nannies on at the track so not quite at the abilities of the Stig.  haha

Show up with an Audi?  They'll probably shoot me since Audi took the cake at the 24hr lemans again and Porsche had to withdraw the top running cars.

A friend of my uncle swapped his Carrera GT for a 4.0!  It's crazy how they manage to sell for prices Carrera GT struggles to bring in, although they too are starting to appreciate.

So what do you do? Sell houses on Thursdays, qualify on pole on Saturdays and win GT3 Cup Challenge on Sundays?

There are a lot of makes/model that show up to PCA track events...I got my buddies with their E92 M3s to come out.  PCA also has some of the best instructors for the novice groups too.

I go out to a track event once every 4-6 weeks during non-summer periods (too hot to track in summer and I busiest in the summer).  I have an assistant so she can cover for me in a pinch if I'm at the track.
