I haven't seen a drain like this before. Is there a special pan needed? Kind of sticks out a little out of the ground.

Meggie said:We haven't moved our WD yet so I can't give an input. Our WD are sitting on the drawer pedestals so I don't know if it can work with the drain pan. It's in my husband's territory.

Very good point. Looks like we will sacrifice the pedestal on the washer (keep it there but not use it). At least we can still use the one under the dryer.
