I was checking out Verandas last weekend and they had one one sale "Weekend Special" for 587,00K for Feb closing.

Reservations: Too close to the train tracks, walked by there at night and could definitely hear the train since it's literally right across the street. High mello roos, and its Tustin. And last of all... no refrigerator!!!
