Has few menu choices, but very healthy. Also sells organic and vegetarian goodies.
I think my cousin goes to school (Diamond Bar High School) with the owner's kid. I went here recently and thought the prices were very good. $6 combo meals and $3 noodle bowls. Very informal, cafeteria like place with a small organic market area. The location is a little hard to find, most people driving on Valley Blvd probably never notice (or see) it. They're associated with the Great Enlightenment Lotus Society (http://uslifecamp.web.officelive.com/default.aspx), which uses Shinnyo-En's facilities in Yorba Linda.

The food selection here is limited, and mostly Taiwanese vegetarian style dishes. I ordered the combo meal, which came with choice of rice or vermicelli, 2 veggie dishes, and soup. The veggie dishes were lightly seasoned but the soup was quite strong. I recommend eating here during regular lunch hour, they seem to run out of some dishes outside of the "lunch window".
