The house below shows as listed on redfin for 150 days. Given the market today, thats a long while. Any reason why its on market so long?https://www.redfin.com/CA/Irvine/111-Beechmont-92620/home/51682302

I regret I didn?t bought your Mendocino home. That house has one of the best location within Mendocino tract.
Cares said:It was listed $1.35M back in February and went into escrow pretty quickly and fell out in a few days. Property then went on Hold status until this week and "relisted" at $1.5M. MLS counts it only as 15 days on market since it was on Hold but Redfin is counting all the days since the original listing.

Perfect to put a basketball hoop on and let your kids play on. So there are certainly pros to the flag lot - although the garage situation is a bit more annoying.Irvinehomeseeker said:USCTrojanCPA said:I saw the home with a buyer, it was not upgraded and the yard was very plain plus it was on a flag lot.
Flag lot doesn't look terrible and I can see the tract having more such layouts. But I guess ppl don't like it so much.
