Oh, to add: the community is more diverse than advertised. I’ve met families who are African American, Caucasian, Vietnamese, Korean, Filipino, Japanese, Persian, Indian, among others. Of course, Chinese / Taiwanese as well

the ones who look white passing blend in and they know it. Till they start speaking…then you can tell. But residents in Irvine do not appreciate Iranian flags posted all on city properties, bridges and blocking our streets with protests either. Just saying.

You don't know what will trigger a discussion. It's very "organic" "grassroots"...etc.

We have thread titles to carve out topics for discussion and viewing. Staying on topic keeps the threads titles relevant and organized. If there's a topic you're passionate about and want to discuss, by all means, start a thread to discuss it.

Elevate has IUSD with 3-story. Sequoia has SVUSD with 2-story. 2 major differences. Elevate has been selling slow. Very few people want to pay 3M for 3-story. The overall market being slow can be another factor.
