Say cheese!

<p>While I have your attention, please help me to understand this (ping: bkshopr):</p>

Thanks oc. From the chaos in the mortgage market making my head spin combined with this picture I just puked. I've seen Pintos that came in better colors. Hell even Austin Powers would puke from that.

<p>No. Tile.</p>

<p>Oh how cute! They even have a green outlet!</p>

<p>How long before the words "paint credit" show up in the listing?</p>

<p>Realtor-speak for "We were hoping someone would fall in love with this weird paint so we wouldn't have to do any actual work to make it more appealing. Since they didn't, we still don't want to do any actual work so we'll make up a credit to half-assedly address the issue."</p>

<p>77 Castano in RSM. It's another "Castano Castrato", well under its purchase price.</p>

<p>Come on, break the rules and feature a condo in the foothills! Next you can blog something in Corona that's 150k upside-down, just for kicks. </p>

Well...um.... maybe they'd find someone who likes lime-green custom paint?

I've bought a property where the previous owner installed green carpet and painted one wall in dark green. I paid to have it painted white when I sold it though. The buyer loved the green carpet, I have no idea why, just clicks with some people.

<p>As an asian myself, this must be the most hideous interior wall color I have ever seen. And not just any ol'green.... it had to be lime green. </p>

<p><em>I could imagine an Asian buyer being OK with it.</em></p>

<p>OK, I should clarify and restate as "I could imagine that a select group of Asian buyers might be OK with it." I just inadvertently accused an entire race of having poor taste. </p>
