I found another article about Chinese leaving China due to the Xi JinPengs crackdown on corruption.  The main take away is that Chinese government officials with spouse or children in another country will not be promoted.

Xi should crack down on himself.  He has relatives living abroad as well.  But I can see how he is playing this.  He doesn't have to be promoted anymore, cause he's already at the top of the pile.
