You can continue to assume that more FCB's (Chinese) will be heading to Irvine to park their money in real estate in the coming years.

"Most are looking for permanent residences, Hurun said. The United States was their top destination, which any real estate agent in San Francisco, Seattle or New York can confirm. Europe is their second favorite destination, followed by Canada, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong. "

Good!! As long as their money keeps my stucco box's value up, they can hack loogies and fry their fish all they want!

awesome.. a lunar new year festival coming to every community.

I'm going to set up an LV stand at every park.. SG/PP/SV.. upcoming OH.  Going to make some $$$!!!

The lack of faith in their own government meant that the social capitalist government corruption system is not sustainable for the long term. We might think this is funny but in the long term that is bad for us. They may have money to spend now to sustain our materialistic economy but eventually their source of wealth will dry up too. Only a few FCBs will have assimilated into our culture with viable job skills. For every one productive tax paying Chinese citizen there will be several dozens of his or her relatives leeching on our social and welfare system just like many groups of Birth Tourists that frequent SCP or District.

This is the reason why Chinese love to buy in Irvine because the majority of the population will be envious of their bags. If they show up in Santa Ana or Anaheim no one would even know what they are carrying. Therefore they won't even visit those cities except for Disneyland because of their kids.

Rolex, my friend.  Rolex

We are targeting the women here as they spend more!

Watches appeal to both genders!

isn't rolex not the watch of choice for the chinese nouveau riche anymore.  patek?

besides patek philippe = pp.  pp = pavilion park.  crossover marketing!

Nah...still Rolex.

lol true that

Also, went over to PP the other week.. notice a few of the girls there walking around with their little dog as an accessory.  Are they late on the Paris Hilton look?
