Capital Noodle Bar @ Crossroads Shopping Mall (Barranca & Culver) is closed. Kuanzhai Alley is taking over. They have another location in Irvine near the Spectrum: https://www.yelp.com/biz/kuan-zhai-alley-irvine?osq=Kuanzhai+Alley

Chip Cookies, located next door, is also closed.

I just saw this the other day going to Target (I don't really like the Spectrum or Marketplace Targets).

Capital has been there for a long time.

I like Cookie Connection (the other cookie place where I think Silverlake Ramen is) before but yes... cookies in high-priced TIC strip malls are going to be tough to do.
