President Trump

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
As usual, everyone is all about gaslighting and twisting and maneuvering--and then arguing the other side is politicizing. So let's, once and for all, remove the politics. The fact is that if you or I did any single thing that the Orange Guy has done, we'd be in prison. Several of his underlings have already spent time in prison. It doesn't matter what Orange Guy's politics are or what your politics are. Objectively, HE should be in prison. Simple.

Every politician should be..Clinton (both), Obama, Brandon, Bush, Omar, Pelosi…all of them. As I have always said…they are all crooks and liars…it’s an even playing field…mine just tote my line to my liking😆😆😆😆👍🏽🇺🇸

You say remove all politics but only mention Trump? I'm guessing your news sources are highly partisan. Frankly, I believe that many elected officials are corrupt. They get away with things that you and I cannot...until they don't toe the party line. Just ask Menendez or Swalwell.

I believe this is not only true at the federal level, but at the state and local level as well. Some of the people who have been arrested for fraud in MN have implicated both Rep Omar and state AG Ellison. Alleged quid pro quo. So far both claim plausible deniability and their party has run cover for them as expected. Just another day in US politics...

Then let's get them all arrested! AND don't vote for anyone from either party. I'm talking about people who voted for Trump up to three times as opposed to the other side and continue to cheer his overt criminal actions on. Why? Because he's the lesser evil? Really? See the bias? It's not in me. Is it in you?

That’s the true TDS.
TDS is something that was coined by some pseudo-scientist back in George W's days. In clinical psychology and neuroscience, there is rarely any label that is ambiguous or can be seen both ways (e.g., the label "attention deficit" is never misconstrued as possibly meaning that other people can't attend to the original individual). The guy who coined Bush Derangement Syndrome did it somewhat jokingly.

So if you're MAGA, you really want to streamline the label TDS. Because if you don't, it can be flipped back on you (as irvinehomeowner suggests). Or you can even qualify the label and flip it at the same time.

Sure except someone gave himself immunity.

Just when I think things can’t get crazier.

(Cue the whataboutism)

In theory I agree with you but in reality it will never work. No third party candidate has succeeded because BOTH the DNC & RNC have gone out of their way to ensure that. Our political system could benefit from an overhaul but the political establishment has already made it clear they will destroy anyone who attempts that.

I find presumption and bias in your statements on Trump. You presume that your fact set and viewpoint is the correct one and your opinions about Trump are likely biased by what you've read and the people you've listened to. How do you know those people and news sources are not biased?

My "opinions" are statements made on facts: "He belongs in prison." Very simple. I am not biased, as someone with my background and history of behavior would understand (more deeply than you) and have shown.

If you think Trump should not be in prison, you are wrong. Fact. Undebatable.

Interesting response considering I just read your ad hominem attacks on OC to SV in the UGA thread. As an intellect, I trust you know why people resort to ad hominem attacks.

"As an intellect, I...", according to the grammar indicates you are referring to yourself as an intellect. But I think you meant to refer to me. Wait, you have the singular definitive reason why any and all people resort to ad hominem attacks? Please do tell.

I wish you would just shut your trap, you bonafide bonehead.

Since you consider me a bonehead, I thought I would seek out AI's help on this:

True neutrality and name-calling are essentially opposites. Unbiased individuals—those who approach topics with objectivity, fairness, and logical reasoning—rely on facts rather than personal attacks. [1, 2, 3]
Experts in psychology and debate point out the following dynamics regarding name-calling: [1, 2]
  • Logical Concession: Resorting to insults typically signals that an individual has exhausted their substantive, fact-based arguments.
  • The Ad Hominem Fallacy: Name-calling attacks the person delivering the argument rather than the argument itself.
  • Emotional Overflow: Even the most objective people are human and can experience frustration, fatigue, or "flooding" during intense disagreements. However, an unbiased person recognizes that name-calling is counterproductive and will strive to refocus on the topic rather than judge the individual. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
