Sinclair Broadcast Group abruptly cancelled plans to air a Charlie Kirk tribute last week after the company’s local ABC affiliates received multiple violent threats — forcing the firm to move the program to YouTube just minutes before it was scheduled to begin, The Post has learned.

The Baltimore-based local TV giant, which owns more than 40 ABC affiliates, yanked the Charlie Kirk tribute late Friday after it was alerted to “local threats directed at specific local ABC stations resulting from [the] ABC suspension” of late-night host Jimmy Kimmel, a source close to the situation told The Post.

Last week, a gunman fired at least three shots into the lobby of a Tegna-owned ABC affiliate in Sacramento. There were no injuries. Authorities arrested the suspect, who was later freed on bail. The FBI then took the suspect into custody.

It was all about the Benjamin’s. Disney got tired of seeing online posts about their services being canceled. Why else bother putting him back on the air if they won’t renew his contract anyway?

I honestly just don't care one way or the other, but the double standards of the left are fascinating to witness.

Nobody on the left spoke up when the Babylon Bee was deplatformed for posting satire. Nobody on the left spoke up when the NY Post was deplatformed for reporting facts about Biden's corruption leading up to the 2020 election. And of course, many people were deplatformed for reporting facts during COVID that the NIH didn't approve of.

As I said, the people whining about Kimmel have only a conditional support of free speech.

A California attorney must pay a $10,000 fine for filing a state court appeal full of fake quotations generated by the artificial intelligence tool ChatGPT.

The fine appears to be the largest issued over AI fabrications by a California court and came with a blistering opinion stating that 21 of 23 quotes from cases cited in the attorney’s opening brief were made up. It also noted that numerous out-of-state and federal courts have confronted attorneys for citing fake legal authority.
