Trump knocked it out of the park with the Kennedy Center inductees. All of them are huge American cultural icons and gifted artists. Hopefully Van Halen makes the cut next year.

I wish they would do this here…👍🏽🙏🏽😂🇺🇸

Trump Drops Ultimatum to Homeless in D.C.: You Only Have Two Options

President Donald Trump is making good on his recent Executive Order to rid America's streets of crime and homelessness, which was made worse by failed Democrat leadership, by giving those individuals living on the street in the nation's capital two options: go into a shelter or go to jail.

"So, homeless individuals will be given the option to leave their encampment to be taken to a homeless shelter, to be offered addiction or mental health services," Leavitt said. "And if they refuse, they will be susceptible to fines or jail time."

But you can’t make big corporations just bring back manufacturing jobs without some magic wand….someone has a magic wand!😂😂😂👍🏽🇺🇸

GE Appliances shifts more production to US as part of a $3 billion investment

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — GE Appliances plans to shift production of refrigerators, gas ranges and water heaters out of China and Mexico as part of a more than $3 billion investment to expand its U.S. operations in Kentucky, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and South Carolina.

The investment — the second-largest in the Louisville-based company’s history — is expected to add more than 1,000 jobs while ramping up domestic production and modernizing plants in the next five years.

“Our long-term strategy is about manufacturing close to our customers,” said CEO Kevin Nolan. “With lean manufacturing, upskilling our workforce and automation, the math works for manufacturing in the United States.”

No, those numbers are total BS….
From GPT:

If you want the clearest, nonpartisan, data-driven evidence that crime is down, the best sources are the ones that collect or analyze crime statistics without political framing. Here are the top options:

1. FBI Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) Program
  • The FBI is the official federal repository for crime data.
  • Their 2024 Annual Report showed:
    • Violent crime down 4.5%
    • Murder down 14.9%
    • Robbery down 8.9%
    • Property crime at its lowest since 1961

  • This is as close as it gets to nonpartisan, authoritative data.
    🔗 FBI – 2024 Crime Statistics
2. Council on Criminal Justice (CCJ)
  • A bipartisan think tank made up of criminologists, former law enforcement leaders, and policy experts.
  • Their Mid-Year 2025 Update (tracking 42 major cities) found:
    • Homicides down 17% vs 2024
    • Gun assaults down 21%
    • Carjackings down 24%
    • Most categories of crime below pre-pandemic 2019 levels

  • Widely respected by both Republicans and Democrats.

3. NORC at the University of Chicago (Independent Research Group)
  • Runs a Live Crime Tracker, updating continuously with police department data.
  • Their 2024 analysis showed:
    • Homicide down 20.9%
    • Auto theft down 18.6%
    • Burglary down 16.8%

  • NORC is nonpartisan and highly trusted in data collection.

Even Repulicans recognize the drop.

Maybe it's not accurate but 3 different sources state the same trend so not sure it's "total BS".

The bigger concern is autonomy of city, state, fed (ironic because that was partly the concern of the 2nd Amendment long ago).

I have a friend who is also very red and he doesn't think this is a big deal either... unless a Democrat does it. :)

Garbage in…garbage out. Your stats are only as reliable as your raw data…🤷🏽‍♂️👎🏽

As it turns out, their source is the MPD, which should be noted is run by a left-wing DEI advocate who was literally hired in 2022 as the "Chief Equity Officer" before being promoted to police chief a year later. Still, that alone doesn't mean the crime statistics they put out are wrong. For that, we'd need some kind of proof that the books were being cooked, and lo and behold, we have that.
In a report published in July, it was revealed that a D.C. police commander was recently suspended for falsifying data to improve the city's crime statistics.

The Metropolitan Police Department confirmed Michael Pulliam was placed on paid administrative leave in mid-May.

The union claims police supervisors in the department manipulate crime data to make it appear violent crime has fallen considerably compared to last year.
. “So, instead of taking a report for a shooting or a stabbing or a carjacking, they will order that officer to take a report for a theft or an injured person to the hospital or a felony assault, which is not the same type of classification.”

The police department's command staff is focusing on two categories in order to get the numbers to fall, Pemberton said: armed with a dangerous weapon and injured person to the hospital.

“When management officials are directing officers to take reports for felony assault, or if they're going back into police databases and changing offenses to felony assault, felony assault is not a category of crime that's listed on the department's daily crime stats,” Pemberton said. “It's also not something that's a requirement of the FBI's uniform crime reporting program. So, by changing criminal offenses from, for example, ADW bat or ADW gun to felony assault, that would avoid both the MPD and the FBI from reporting that as a part one or a felony offense.”

In other words, department leaders have been changing stabbings, shootings, and carjackings to lesser classifications like felony assault because then they will not show up in the daily crime statistics. Those crimes are also not required to be reported to the FBI, which is where most crime statistics are compiled nationwide.

All of this is deliberate.

I don’t know which side of the government is lying, probably both. All it tells me is how sad things have gotten in this country when you can’t trust either side. Perhaps it has always been this way and now I’m just old enough to realize it

Politics…if the boy king thinks he is going to get into a redistricting pissing match they will lose spectacularly. Either that initiative won’t pass here or if it does, the Republicans can redistrict far more states than the Democrats ever could…they lose even more. 😂😂😂👍🏽🇺🇸

How Newsom’s Retaliation Against Texas Redistricting Could Backfire

Newsom is the last practitioner of performative politics. They’re all being swept out to the sea of irrelevance. The TX Constitution DOES NOT explicitly forbid mid decade redistricting, while blue states already shot their gerrymandering load. This ballot prop has zero chance of passing. Dems are screwed a million ways to Sunday for the foreseeable future without new leadership. They could do worse than promoting an outsider like Stephen A.

If you strike at the king…you best not miss…🤦🏽‍♂️😂😂😂😂👍🏽🇺🇸

“To put it mildly, a defeat at the polls would be devastating to Democrats in California and everywhere, and would likely put an end to Newsom’s well-known presidential ambitions, while ending his long career as a Golden State political force on a very sour note.”

Hope he does…there’s gonna be no meat there for you…sorry. Those files have been in the hands of Biden/Obama for years now. Do you really think if there’s anything incriminating in them? they would have released them themselves gleefully? The truth probably is Epstein was an mossad asset and both sides are too embarrassed to admit it.🤦🏽‍♂️😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂👍🏽🇺🇸

So are you admitting that Trump is gerrymandering? Doesn't matter what the TX Constitution says... what matters is the timing and partisan push.

You are as anti Dem as morekaos... did they steal your toys?

If he won 2024 with the lines as is... and no one else is redistricting... why is it being done? Is someone skurred?

This was like how he claims the vote was already being fixed leading up to 2024 and then when he won... not a peep. Can't be both ways.

And I'm with you all... is there someone other than Newsom who can run in 2028?

Of course they’re gerrymandering. They all do it. It’s just funny that when the Republicans do it the Democrat scream because they already gerrymandered all their states. Why do you think Massachusetts, who vote for Trump in the 30 to 35% zone, has zero Republican reps? Not one…perfectly gerrymandered years ago.🤦🏽‍♂️😂😂😂👎🏽🇺🇸

“Retaliation by California Democrats could make it easier for additional Republican-controlled states to conduct their own mid-decade redistricting exercises in a competition the GOP is very likely to win. Florida, Indiana, and Missouri are already moving in that direction, and Democrats would struggle to keep up since (a) there are more GOP than Democratic trifecta states and (b) blues states are far more likely to have adopted restrictions on gerrymandering (New York, for example, would have to enact redistricting plans in two consecutive legislative sessions, which means new maps would not be in place before 2028). A tit-for-tat gerrymandering battle, moreover, would blur the perception that Trump is at fault for instigating this authoritarian power grab. In the long run, this could represent another example of Trump baiting Democrats into a fight he will win.“
