P Diddy UCLA

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Funny. This was the same coach that was from the nfl who stuck his leg out in an attempt to trip the special teams gunner.

Big-time Bruin fan and alum here. I run a site called "The Socal Showdown" (www.facebook.com/socalshodown) that is dedicated to UCLA and USC football and our rivalry. What Diddy did wasn't good for sure. Wielding a kettlebell like Stannis Baratheon wielding a fire sword is not a good look for our program.

That said, I hope this outcome can be resolved quietly. UCLA doesn't need Diddy and his huge legal team to bring to light some things coaches do to motivate/discipline players- some practices may seem unseemly to the public. Diddy doesn't need the negative press, he's had his share of legal run-ins.

Coach Alosi is known for his TripGate move in the NFL and UCLA Jim Mora gave him a 2nd chance and it has paid off for the Bruin program. UCLA has put in quite a few players in the League since Mora took over-- in no small part due to Sal's contributions. He's tough, salty and has a Northeast in-your-face style. Some of the players who have transferred from the program have voiced their displeasure with him on Twitter and yet there are Bruin alums who come home to train with him in the summer when football is in its offseason.

I hope for a quick resolution as this could potentially be a distraction for UCLA heading into summer ball in San Bernadino.

Is snoop dog's son going to play this year at UCLA?

PD is such a douche. What was he doing in the locker room anyway?  I talked with a few friends who were in the locker room and when the cops got there they separated Diddy and Alosi and got two entirely different stories about what happened. Then they pulled the tape from the locker room, watched it and promptly arrested PD.  Liar, suck it up this is football

I don't think anyone believes his story, especially since they have footage. Can't wait to see it.

What I heard on the radio, is the the UCLA campus police saw the footage when they went there and subsequently made the arrest. I believe now the LA district attorney is reviewing the footage.

Oooh good question.
Generally, I'd say true freshman normally don't play. I will be going to some summer practices and will get a chance to evaluate Cordell's game. I've watched him on tape from his HS senior year and in person when his team played a game at Cerritos college last season. He has good talent- more of a possession receiver with size than a gamechanger with elite speed.

I'm going to guess 'no' that he won't play this year and burn his redshirt. If he doesn't play by next year, I'm sure Snoop Daddy Dad will let his displeasure be known.
