The pricing for those Vista homes is ridiculous. So their model homes are not open to public yet? We went to check out the Crestview model homes this weekend and Brookfield and TB areas were blocked off.

If you're talking about Crestview, then $3M-$4M is correct. YMMV was probably talking about TB, which starts at $6M for normal lots and could go as high as $8M for view lots.

Are buyers not concern about the landfill? I think you can see it at the top where TB homes are located.

I guess it's considered cheaper than Cielo since these Vista homes look like view lots also. How big are these Vista lots, though?

Decent lot sizes, but a lot smaller than the Cielo one at 6928 sqft.

Also noticed that 424 and 432 Fieldhouse had been reserved now. Only 428 still available.

I wouldn't be surprised if a few years down the road owners start making an uproar about the landfill and act surprised that it's there. *cough AAA*
