Aren’t The Grove and The Reserve also guard gated? Why would The Summit be so much more? (Though it isn’t that crazy when compared to Shady and Turtle Ridge Summit)

It's laughable for The Summit in OH to have that high of an HOA fee. It's more than Shady Canyon and Turtle Ridge which are larger...and Shady is....Shady Canyon.

that's why I like where I am...I don't think developers are into our area...yet. On the weekends it is nice to have few or even zeros cars on the street, and driving with green rolling hills around is nice.
