Temecula is a nice place, but like rest of Riverside county, you want to buy low and don’t be a knife catcher.
When prices drop out there, it drops big. Not as bad as Palm Springs and Reno though.

Well, that was a stupid thing to do if they didn't get city approval.
Perhaps they could refer to Larry Agran’s interview on Petros and Money yesterday on 710am where he talked about eliminating red tape to make Irvine business friendly. How about patriotic too?

That's why we turned down Olivewood during Phase 1 when we were offered a Plan 3. It's like 5 ft to the back wall. And it was at higher price than the Cielo Plan 1 we purchased, which was 21 ft to the back wall.

Too hot inland. Like Georgia.
Reno is on my radar for a 2nd home as I like riding Mt Rose, NDOT keeps the highway cleared much better than Caltrans in Tahoe, the city has its own ski hill with $35 lift tickets for residents , and the restaurant selection is light years beyond Tahoe. I’d live there to ride 100 days/year but not the wife so I’m perpetually on the hunt for the right property.
