If this pickleball home sells for asking then 101 Oakstone is a bargain, worth well over 5M in relative terms imo.

139 Oakstone sold for $4.45M or $1,382 Price/Sq.Ft. Maybe the buyer really likes pickleball and finds the sound soothing.

That's why we turned down Olivewood during Phase 1 when we were offered a Plan 3. It's like 5 ft to the back wall. And it was at higher price than the Cielo Plan 1 we purchased, which was 21 ft to the back wall.
