Newer Irvine listings with crazy WTF asking prices from equity sellers

Since when is your opinion the truth?

Only a fool would think the Fed would push the rate higher than 10%. And this "housing bubble" won't be as bad as the one in 2008 because buyers are in better shape this time around. At least, read the article you post.

To CalBear

We will find out who is the ?fool? in 2023!! People comparing only the 2008 bubble and never looked at 1982 bubble when inflation was super high?
You are so brave to Fight the Fed? Good Luck ?. ROFL?..

The Fed is ready to fight the housing bubble. Keep in mind rate was as high as 18% the last time we had inflation this high in 1982. Don?t fight the FED!!https://www.cbsnews.com/news/housing-bubble-2022-federal-reserve-warning/

Why did you post this article that came out 16 days ago?

Some of us were around then. Rates were NOT raised to 18% from near zero. Rates were already 8% and inflation was raging for YEARS.

No way, why would anyone pay a $1,000 per SF for an attached condo in Woodbury then there are true SFRs that are listed below that?

Seller cant be serious. There is a similar home in the back on a more quiet street but not a corner lot selling for $1mil less.  8)

9 homes in the same zip code with more SF, higher bed/bath counts, and at a lower price point.

This listing on Townsend is clearly underpriced. Multiple bids will push it to $2.3m.

(Sarc)\off.

It's odd that HOA for this one is only $140/month while the Townsend one is $370/month. I think HOA listed for this one is wrong if it's also a condo.
