That's what I thought. So it should be around $2.8M if it's Plan 3, and they're ready to move in now, which is why they're selling 119 Jasmine. I see 5-6 buyers moving in already, half of them view lots. So it should be phase 1.They got into contract on the Cielo view lot last Fall for under $3m as a non-contingent buyer, even back then the view lots sold fast.
